Campos EPC Profiles
Marco Campos, PE, PMP - Founder & Managing Principal
Mr. Campos is the Managing Principal of Campos EPC. He has worked in a variety of engineering, operations, project management, and management capacities for oil and gas pipeline/terminal and consulting companies.
He presents an in depth knowledge of pipeline operations, maintenance and construction, with an emphasis on pipeline integrity management. He has managed pipeline integrity program development and implementation for CFR 192 Subpart O and 195.452 companies of all sizes through the entire "program cycle". In addition, he has served in a technical or project management capacity for the assessment and remediation of over 15,000 miles of oil and gas pipelines ranging in diameter from 2-in to 40-in using in-line inspection, pressure testing, direct assessment and other technology techniques.
Brad Holm
Mr. Holm has worked in engineering and energy related fields for over 20 years. He has considerable experience in all aspects of the oil/fuel industry from exploration/production to final distribution. Brad has worked in all phases and disciplines of engineering and engineering related fields ranging from design to project manager/lead to department/division lead. He continues to utilize his broad experience base in assisting clients to obtain the highest quality products for the minimum of cost and time.
His project management and construction management experience includes work on projects ranging in size from $10k to over $10mm. He maintains control of his projects from both financial and timing standpoints usually beating the project schedule and/or coming in under budget. Safety to personnel, property and the environment is of prime concern to Mr. Holm. No lost time accidents or property damage has been recorded in any of his managed projects.
James (Jim) H. Pyeatte
Mr. Pyeatte is a Principal with the firm of Campos EPC. He is a professional with proven leadership, program management, problem solving, employee development and mentoring skills. Jim is a contributor who brings innovative solutions, systems and processes to development and learning disciplines.
His knowledge and experience derives from 31 years in the petroleum transportation industry both pipelines and surface transportation assignments. He has in depth comprehension in what is required to meet jurisdictional transportation regulations, standards and recommended and best practices. He has worked extensively in the area of petroleum measurement, having served as Chairman of the API Committee on Petroleum Measurement in 1997/98.
Rebecca Voss
Ms. Voss has worked in a variety of positions throughout her career. She has experience in the environmental, construction, business development and regulatory pipeline and terminal areas. Her career has been in the oil and gas industry with time also spent in power generation.
Ms. Voss has experience with jurisdictional pipeline regulations, standards and recommended practices including those from DOT, ASME and API. Other experiences include program auditing, permitting for newly developed projects, compliance documentation and program development and implementation.
